The management team has decades of successful experience in software development, research and development, software development management, consulting, and technology training.

Mike Carroll - Mr. Carroll has worked in the software industry since 1982.  He worked as a software engineer and project leader for NCR Corporation, then as an independent consultant before joining Caspedia Corporation in 1993.  He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Dayton.

Paul Schweizer - Mr. Schweizer has worked in the software development industry since 1981, working as a software engineer and project leader at Johnson Space Center and NCR Corporation, then as an independent consultant before coming to Caspedia Corporation in 1995.  He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Rice University.
